Sizing

How do I find the right size?

Please check the size chart and fit information for the specific product before ordering. Compare the garment measurements with a shirt you already own. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size selection or fit preferences.

Do you offer a size chart?

Look for the size chart in the product images. Measurements are listed in inches and include chest width and body length. Available sizes vary by product; selected styles are available through 3XL. Choose only from the sizes shown on that product page.

Shipping

How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated U.S. shipping transit time is 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and carrier delays may occur. Free U.S. shipping is included on retail orders placed directly through beingisgood.com.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size selection, fit preferences, or change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@beingisgood.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and send a replacement when necessary. See our Refund Policy for full details. Orders placed before the policy update remain subject to the policy presented at purchase; applicable legal rights are not limited.

Can I exchange for a different size?

No. We do not accept size or fit exchanges. Please compare the product's size chart with a garment you own before ordering.

What fabric are your tees made from?

Our tees are crafted from high-quality, soft 100% cotton designed for comfort and durability. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.

How should I care for my tee?

To keep your graphic tee looking its best, machine wash cold inside out, tumble dry low, and avoid ironing directly on the print.

Will the print fade over time?

Our prints are made to last. Following the care instructions above will help maintain the quality and vibrancy of your design wash after wash.

Orders

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly with the carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help.

I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — what do I do?
